Call forwarding question

can a user with a agent id call forward their phone? The user is logged out of her que.
 
Yes if they are not logged in they can forward their extension using featute access code as long as they have permissions
 
Can you tell me where the permissions are set at?
 
Sorry, I should have added that. Make sure their COS give them call forwarding off net (if they want to forward to cells, etc) and console permissions to use the FAC's. I am pretty sure you can forward the extension even when you are logged into a queue, you just cant forward an agent id. Let me know if that helps. K
