I've got a unique setup where the customer wants an external bell which gives a yelp as a call comes in, then have the call hit a ring group where it can be answered.
I've set the bell up with a CFNA External and FCNA Internal call forwarding profile with the COS no answer option set to 2 secs, forwarding to my ring group. About twice a month, a call gets "stuck" on the bell and rings it until the caller gives up... mitel usually does just what I tell it to, has anyone seen this before? The ring group was definitely not all busy at the time it happened.
Controller is a 3300 CXII.
Thanks! it's got me stumped...
