Hey has anyone ever had a problem like this. Customer has opt.11 rel.24.24 and receptionist has been having this problem for about a year now. She states forwarding her phone internally and walking away and comes back and forwarding is off. I blew her off for a while but replaced phone (2616), moved port with no luck. She swears no one is deactivating. Also verified no bfs key for her anywhere. Any clues other than user error.
