Call Forwarding Issue

I have a user (11225) that does not have a voicemail box in Call Pilot. When she forwards her phone to someone who does have a mailbox (11100 for example), and they have their phone forwarded to voicemail, CallPilot is answering with a message that states this person does not subscribe to this service.

I know CallPilot is trying to match the originally dialed number (11225) to a mailbox. Problem is 11225 forwards her phone to many different extensions who have voicemail so I don't think I can add her extension to all those mailboxes. Is there any way the system can ignore the originally dialed number, and play the greeting of the phone that is forwarded to voicemail?

no but if you remove sfa from each dest it will stop that, or add her ext to a single mb
