I have a user who sits at two desks at two different sites (seperate PBX's).
Site 1 DN 7700 has mailbox
Site 2 DN 4408 no mailbox
When she is at site 1 she forwards all her calls from 4408 to 7700 and when at site 2 forwards all her calls from 7700 to 4408.
However, when she has leaves for the day at any of the two sites what ends up happening is that she has both sets forwarding to each other - (looped). Users then complain of a 'fast busy'. Is there anything I can to do make this work?

Much Thanks!!

Do you use one voice mail system for both sites? What type of voicemail is it?

no, other then removing the forward and building a forward that works with fdn.. the switch will not forward a to b to a.. i would find out what works for the user and make it work in the switch..
