Call forward to another Trunk or Mobile Number

Can the ipldk 50/300 system forward calls to an external number. The system is using analog PSTN Trunks. I have seen the mobile extension feature which only run on the ISDN or SIP trunks. I just to forward an extension to another external number from an extension.

You can forward a call to a CO line, if you take a new line and manually enter the external number and transorts the call.
A call can also be forwarded to an extranal number by forwarding your extension number through DND/FWD or "554" to a speed dialling number.
