Call forward button plus number 1

Hi all.
I would like to program a secondary Call Fwd button on the phones in the office.
1 button needs to have Call Fwd + 9 + number.

The boss wants to be able to have the last person leaveing the office push the forward button to forward all calls to a different line that has remote call forwarding abilities.

you can program two buttons for this function not one.

provided that your version is 4.1 or newer and you are using routes and destination codes you can program one button as a festure F4 and a second button as 9NNX-NXX-XXXX

if not you have to activate destination codes and routes Feature * * 2 6 6 3 4 4 >> Services >> Routing service >> Routes >> show route 001 dial out no number use pool a Next Services >> Routing service >> Routes >>Dest Codes 9 normal 001
