Call Forward Button Not Working

I have a call forward button on my reception phone that was working till recently. When the receptionist goes home she would forward the main phone to an extension that would in turn be picked up by VM. For some reason, now when she forwards the phone, it does not forward to the extension and goes to the daytime auto attendant. I have a Definity G3Si.

Is the receptionist phone a 302 console or just a 6416 or other digital phone?
Do a 'list history' in the pbx and 'display adment' in the Intuity and see what has been changed.

You can also use "list trace station xxxx" and see what happens when the call forward is enabled and a call comes through. Have a look at the COR to see if this has changed.
 
Reception phone is a 6424D+ model phone. I am checking what you guys suggested and will let you know. Just wanted to respond to your question
