Call forward always a 500 set

I am following the book on cfwd always for a 500 sets and it says ftr cfw xx yyyy when I out in 4 and hit space it looks as if thats it. when I print it show cfw 4. I cannot put in a destination. Any Ideas ?

you can put your buttset on the tn and press #xxxx , xxxx=the dn you want to forward too. Once you have a number in this way you may be able to change it in the switch. If not you will have to use buttset to change it. #1 to cancel forwarding.

Try dcfw instead of cfw.

Just found out that dcfw only works on Phantom TN's.

i use rcfw, works like a champ scpw xxxx cls fna ftr cfw 4.. the dial the rcfa code, the scpw the dn then the dest dn. i have a soft card that i use for temp hard forward, using the date as a delete key...

when we have a number change for a published number, i send that forward to a spare miran... the new number is xxxxx... set the des to the date 30 to 90 days out.. when i need one i just print the card and usually just change the dn and the des for the new number.. i had to do that because the pilot needs more channels and my acd groups are getting low.. you can forward any phone using rcfw codes

What do you mean "When I out in 4???

Are you forwarding to an ext or outside the system??
