Call Duration/Destination

Hi,

I wondered if there is a way to show itemised calls for a DN.

We have a number which we believe is being overused and I wish to see the nubers called and the call duration. Is there any way to do this? I have tried searching and cant seem to find any information.

The feature is called Call Detail Recording (CDR). The system generate calls records and a third party or ancillary application collects them.

Thanks for that. Do you know if there is anyway to do this through the console or is 3rd party software allways required to provide this functionality.

This is not something that plan doing all the time, just a one off.

Unless you know a programmer within the company that manipulate the CDR output, else you need a 3rd party

Do you know the names of any good programs that I could use? Are any of them free. I only ask since it will not be used a lot and it doesnt make sense to pay for a program that I will only use once.
