Hi!
I am facing a peculiar problem.
The call center agents are complaining of customer calls getting disconnected when they are trying to transfer calls.
I had traced the alarms and errors but there were none.
Then later on system started showing TDM Bus errors on all PN's.
When i traced a station which complained of disconnect problem very frequently, this is what i got.
