Call Ctr Reporting on BCM 3.6

Application doesn't show stats when viewing reports from Jan to present. Had been working fine (2yrs) now nothing. Real-time stats ok as it shows the CC as being up and agents are logged in.

Did you install the patchs for RCC for bcm 3.6.

May have fixed the problem. I was flying by the seat of my pants as I'd never worked w/ RCC before. Loaded patches (4) yesterday and used "dbfixutil" Found that one of the databases was corrupted.

Thx for the insight.
