This might be a long shot...is there any way to count how many calls go to extensions or to a cover path using Definity Site Admin R1.5.06?

We are running R9 for the switch. Not sure what other info I need to tell.

Any help would be great.

You could cover to some vdn/vectors to get nice clean reports from CMS, otherwise "list meas coverage-path today" is about the best you'll get from the PBX. This will give you data from the "peak" hour. You could also do a "list meas coverage-path last-hour" and use DSA to schedule it to run hourly but that could get a bit cumbersome. You'll also need to make sure the PBX is measuring the coverage path in question by "change measured coverage". -CL
 
When I do the "List meas coverage-path last-hour" it gives me the report header but then nothing else is there. When I do the "change measured coverage" it errors out, not an option. I don't think I have the Call Mgt Sys. Is there a way to tell for sure...
