I really like the resource library on tmcnet.com - it seems to always have something I need. Here is a link to one whitepaper that explores this subject. Note that you do have to supply your contact information, and they will send you newsletters and webinar invites on occasion, but the subject matter is usually not "offensive" to me....
Here is an articale that gives an overview. We use a hosted service becasue our call volume varies through out the month so it is a volume/cost issue we have to consider.
