WFM - incorrect volume number of calls

Hi All

I have a WFM system that can normally get data from the CMS server, but the volume number is incorrect when we compare it with the CMS report. Can anyone help?

are you looking at pulse data in WFM?

in WFM, can you look at the adapter config and see what folder CMS is dumping files. WFM backs up files in the folder (archive) in adapter logs folder. you can compare data received from CMS.
also can you check interval settings on CMS and if it matches interval settings on WFM.
