We have recently upgraded one or out Clients from Alchemy to the latest ipoffice500
They are running a call centre operation. Previously they were able to work in the office without any phones ringing. They were notified of incoming calls via ring through the headset. The corded headsets were connected to BT Converse 1200 handsets.
Now with the handsets replaced with 5410’s they are cannot get the same setup to work.
They do not want to use force feed, users have other duties opposed to sitting and answering the phone continually.
They have switched off ringing on the phone as this is a call centre.
The only way they have now to see if they have a call is via the flashing message indicator light and the line appearance.
Is there any way to have the deadest ring??
