There was a Java revision issue a while back. I gave up keeping track of who was to blame for it, but it's been corrected. Latest release of CPR works fine with latest release of Java.
I have a Call Pilot 150 with version 3.1 and Call Center Reporting with version 2.2. I follow installation manual step by step and still can't receive any data. Can someone tell me what the problem might be?
If your CP is on the latest release (31.10.31.22) you will need the latest RCC Server and client. I know 2.2 is not the latest because I upgraded 2 CP 150's to the latest and my reporting would not work. For the life of me, I can't remember what the latest release is. If you can get support from Nortel, they should have it.
