Call center reporting on CP 150

I just replaced a CP 150 that had call center reporting enabled. The old version was 02.00.47.00 and the new cp is version 31.10.14.22. They are using Nortel Networks Call Center Reporting. In the older CP there was an entry for the Master Client Address. The new one does not have the same fields in the Call Center General Properties tab. The Nortel Networks Call Center Reporting software version is Build 027. Does anyone know if that is compatable with the CP 31.10.14.22? Or do I have to go to Enhanced Call reporting. Right now I can't get the RDB server to conect to the CP150. When I try to import the skillset info I get an error that the Call Center Reporting Server can not connect the the call Pilot.
Any ideas?

You might just want to reinstall the PC software from the CD that came with the new hardware.

I know it's cumbersome, but I'd suspect there was a difference in release levels of that software. There were a few patches for the CP between those releases.
