Hi All,

I have a question for you all. I have two telephone numbers which are currently routing to two seperate vectors which do the same thing. Can I setup two VDN's which route to the same "consolidated" vector?

Will this messup any BCMS vu reports? I'm going to be setting up a BCMS Vu server, but I'd like to make sure having the two VDN's dump to the same vector won't affect the reports before I propose this change.

TIA,
Steve

Should be fine as the BCMSvu software reports on VDNs only, not vectors.

Also the name display will show up correctly on the agent set for each of the VDN's when a caller calls in.

Also make sure you have the latest version of BCMSvu Software when you set it up.

There is a new or latest version of this software that fixes bugs with windows 200 loads and with working with Definity R11 changes. It is the BCMSvu R2 v3.2 Build 228.

If not make sure your vendor gives you the updated copy as it is a "QPPCN" bug fix copy, frree from AVAYA, for customers who have R2 v1 or higher.
