Hi guys,

I've got a few call centers that agents a using 2 extensions: their own + the hotdesk users when they have to login and take calls.

With 2.1, that was easy I was using the Coverage feature to make the user primary extension ring at the hotdesk extension when the user is logged in.

With v3 I'm trying to do the same setup but facing some problems :

1 - When you cover an extension, it needs to be logged in or it goes directly to voicemail.

2 - Can't cover an analog or phantom extension

3 - Can do call forward all, but the agent needs to remember to call forward is primary extension to his hotdesk before he login

Does anybody use similar programming? any workaround?

I tried Call Coverage button and Bridge Appearance...same problems with both.
