When running the call by call report in Symposium 4.2 all I ever get for the dialled or receive numer is N/A. This makes the report of little use to us.
Does anybody know what I can do as I know that the numbers are recorded.
These N/A numbers are from people who do not want their numbers to be read by other parties (like other callcenters ).
Your system is just doing what it should do.
