Call App lights flutter

Have a customer that I acquired and twice I have been onsite for call app buttons locked up and fluttering.
IP406 3.2 / A reboot fixes the issue, until it happens again.
Has anyone seen this issue before?

This is on the IP406 (gen 1) and SCN.....just found out today that one location is at 3.2.69 and the remote site is 3.1.65
I will be upgrading that one for sure. Finding some really screwed up programming from whoever was maintaining these....uuugh.

I have not done an old 3.2 upgrade in AGES...LOL I should be able to go straight to 3.2 69 from the 3.1.5 with no steps....correct?

I think you must use a 3.0.999 first but the admin cd also contains a 3.2 bin file in the folder called bin.
It is ages ago for me too

That too is what I thought, but I can't find my old DOCS....I think 3.0.999 was to go from 2.x to 3.x
Also, getting old....LOL
