Call Accounting System Programs

Want suppliers of call accounting programs are being used and do you keep it in house or hosted by someone else. I have looked at ecas by Veramark and Microtell is there any other I should consider? We have 6 systems that must be monitored for Toll Fraud protection.

Pinnacle has a nice system and is about the largest of all call accounting systems.

They sell the same product CPE or as a hosted service. Neat thing about the hosted service is you can buy for a workgroup and only pay for that rather than the entire company if that is all you need. Been around a long time.
