Just found a great on line download. Cheap and really good.
Have set this up on several Norstars. Works well. It'll work on a really wide variety of systems including BCM. E tech support is prompt and set up is fast.
.. oh best of all they are Canadian.

I have used Call Accounting Mate. It works pretty well for a shareware application. It is completely web based. They have connectivity to Norstar and BCM. Personally, I prefer Shadow CMS from RSI ( because it allows you to do more with the reports. Call Accounting Mate has a default set for the average user.
