Call 100 Prefixes

I'd like to know what the purpose is for the Special Prefix 11 and Name Prefix 19 under Configuration/System Properties on the Call Pilot 100/150??? Searched Net but could not find definition for these parameters...Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks in advance

From the CallPilot Manager Set Up and Operation Guide

In the Name Prefix box type a one to two-digit prefix that controls CallPilot style addressing.
The default is 11. If CallPilot User Interface is enabled, this value must be specified, and cannot conflict with the Group List leading digit. This value is ignored if you do not enable the
CallPilot User Interface.
The name prefix is for name dialing. For example: if you compose and send a message from a mailbox on a CallPilot User interface, the telset plays a voice prompt “ To dial by name press
wx.” wx is the Name Prefix.

The Special prefix is for sending network messages (AMIS or VPIM messages). For example, while sending network messages on a CallPilot User Interface, the telset plays a prompt " To dial by name press wx. For special addresses dial yz". wx is the Name prefix and yz is the Special prefix.
