Calendar problem on Outlook 2k and Exchange 5.5

Hi all,

We have this problem recently, no patches was applied on the Exchange box and client machines before and after this problem occured.
when a user send a calendar event/appointment to update the target users' calendar, not all the users' calendar got updated, but all of them receive a message regarding the event, all the info is correct and with the message body, as the example provided below;

When: Friday, May 03, 2002 8:00 AM-8:30 AM (GMT-10:00) Hawaii.
----------------------------------

I have been searching MS support without luck, just wonder anyone had this kind of problems,

system info:
Exchange 5.5 w/sp4
Outlook 2k on client machines

Hi

Did the target users open the meeting update that was sent to them? If they did not open the update, their Outlook calendar will not update.

Actually...a correction....the recipient would need to open and then "accept" the updated meeting request. If they just open it and don't accept it, it just will show as tentative on their calendar.
