Calendar meeting request not working

We are on a v3.6 sp1 blackberry Enterprise server in an Exchange 5.5 environment. We have around 50 users with a mix environment of AT&T and Nextel handhelds.
When setting up an calendar meeting with other attendees the message acceptance request email does not appear on the Blackberry handheld inbox folder. So I don't get a chance to accept or decline meeting request. Although the meeting will appear on the handheld calendar.
All other emails reach the handheld inbox just fine.

Has anyone had this problem?

Is this request being sent to a group, or individuals?

If it'S the former, you mau want to check your Desktop Redirector settings to see if emails where the invited party doesn't appear in the TO, CC or BCC headers are not forwarded. Look for a checkbox near the bottom of that window.
