I have a user who has access to the director's calendar. When she updates it and invites a second party to the calendar - the notice automatically goes to a third party. I've gone into the second user's delegate settings to verify that the third party is not in the delegates list, however the notice still gets sent to the third party. Hope I'm clear on this. Is there another setting some where that I need to look at and I'm not?

Thanks for your help,
R

Hi Skip:

I've checked delegate settings. Rules for the calendar? I see where I can go in and set different options in the calendar properties - if that's where you're directing me, I will check these settings on each of the users involved. Forgive my ignorance - I'm just getting familiar with outlook.
