I need to know how to setup a public folder as a Calendar. The managers want to share a Calendar in public folders.

Using Exchange 2003 Server.

Hi,

From an Outlook client, browse to the Public Folder Tree.

Rightclick, create new folder - specify "contains items of type" as Calendar.

Specify permissions using the folder properties;

This is all there is to do.

YOu can create the folder structure from within the server manager as well, but from there you can't specify which type of items are to be stored in the folder.

I hope this helps,

Regards,

Peter
