Calculating Time Spent

Hi all!
Trying to set up a good way to track how much time a particular group spends when/before routing cases on to another group. I've created a separate form that receives details each time a case is routed and reports those details back to the case in a table. What I'd like to add is how much time did each group entry in that routing table spend on the case. If anyone has any ideas.....
