I have one form with one grid in it. The grid has four columns. My interest is that the value of column4 be the result of column1 (Quantity field) x column3(Unit price).

My second question is: how to close a table that is open in another work area.

Hi Victor.

1. In the COlumn4 ControlSOurce enter the expression..
= myFieldQty * myFieldPrice
Set the other properties for format etc as usual.

2. How to close a table that is open in another work area.
USE IN anotherWOrkArea
or
USE IN myAlias && alias name to be closed
