I have created calculations in field boxes, they work beautifully on the form, but do not store information on the related table???

Calculated Fields in Form Don't Store on Table 1

The field must be bound to a field in the table. If your calculation or expression is in the RecordSource property, then you need to move it to your module and trigger it by some event (another field updating or something).
