I have to select an Ip address that will serve DNS Requests. The write up says in the DNS properties of my Server there is an Interfaces Tab, I am to select the 'Only the following IP addresses. I am to remove all the IP's both internal and external routable IPs that are not bound to the internal interface of the ISA Server firewall. It further states that if I have multiple address bound to the internal interface, remove all but one of them and use that address. I am so very very lost... WHAT IS MEANT BY BOUND TO THE INTERNAL INTERFACE OF THE SERVER???
I have one internal IP public and 3 external routable IP's on my ISA Server. 2 of the public are listeners for either a web server or exchange server..
What do I use??
P.S. Really need the help today if possible. Email is not binding to DNS and hanging up
