I have a need for speed, but can only get one way cable at my area for now. I want to now if a two way cable modem would support one way service. The only one way modems I can find are 3-com VSP ISA slot. I haven't used an ISA slot since 98'. If there is a PCI type modem out there, would like to know that also.
