CAB-MTCE Minor alarm 1

I have a S8710 that is connected to a G650 with a TN570 and TN2312BP with various cards. The fiber link is up and I can see the cards and administer the Port Network, but I have a minor alarm on the CAB-MTCE. This is a non-ip connected solution, so the IPSI is not connceted to the S8710,just providing clock, etc. Testing says that it can't talk to the IPSI, but it can see it?

Any help would be appreciated.

what errors do you have and if you run a "test maint x" for the port network what failures do you get?

That's where I started, and that is why I'm a bit confused. The test results state that it can't see/talk to the IPSI board. I find that hard to believe since it can see it in comm mgr and in the config.

Can't find the solution, except replace.

Do add ipsi command with IP Control? n for IPSI in direct connected cabinet.
