c103b401 error when accessing public folders

We are running Exchange 2000, and have installed IIS URL Scan 2. For some reason when we try to access the public folders from Exchange system manager we receive the following error:

"The connection was refused. Ensure that your HTTP Virtual servers are all started and check that the

http://WWW service

is running."

It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Use PDFDavAdmin and check the permissions of one of the folders. You may need to do a DACL check and maybe fix the DACLs on all folders.
