C shell global profile

What is the global profile for the C shell? I've checked the 'csh' man page and tested if it reads the /etc/profile file and it appears not.

That is just for adding new users isn't it? What about if I want to change a global settings for all users, like I would for sh/ksh/bash in /etc/profile?
