C-Media installed

i have a motherboard with onboard soundcard, i also have creative soundblaster audigy installed but i dont want both...i would like to know how to uninstall the C-media...
i have two volume icons in my "notification area" on the task bar: the default windows one and the ugly c-media one...i only want the one...any help?

You should be able to disable the soundcard using the BIOS or a jumper on the motherboard.
