c++ builder and directx 9

I want to develop an application in builder that uses directx to process sound . Can anyone give me tips about books, components that are available ?

First you should get the sdk for the DirectX libraries (from Microsoft Web site)

Books? mmm... the 90% of DirectX are about Visual C++ and Visual Basic

As for books : check Amazon. Very good DX9 books have been released recently. Don't worry about MSC++ - oriented coverage, it is the same thing as in BC++, you won't have any problems reading them
