Dear All,

Is there a way to route the incoming calls automaticaly to Hunt group, in case of Voice Mail PC is off or Network is down

If the attendant is a VMPro module such as 'Attend', route calls to it using 'VM:Attend' in the incoming call route. Then create a hunt group on the IP Office called (wait for it) 'Attend'. Surprise surprise, if voicemail goes down calls will automatically go to the hunt group with the same name as the module.
