Buttons Don't Show on 9608

Hi all,

I am having a strange problem where none of the buttons I program show up on any of the 9608 telephones on a system. What could cause this? How can I fix?

They use H.323 I am trying to program call fwd and hunt-ns.

What version of firmware is loaded on the telephones? 6.4014 is one of the more recent versions for H.323 phones of the 96x1 variety.

This is a bit of a guess. Do the following command.
change alias station

If you have a model of Communication Manager prior to version 6.01, maybe even 6.2, you should check here to see how your phones are defined. If you see 9608 on one side and something other than 4620 on the other this may be causing your issue. If you have CM 6.3 the 9608 phones are natively supported in that version.
