Is there a way to have a button that when clicked, runs a macro in Excel?

Thanks in advance.

Do you want to have a button embedded in a sheet or a button on a toolbar?

Cheers, Glenn.

My grandfather was ill, and my grandmother smeared goose-grease on his back. He went downhill very quickly after that.

Try View > Toolbars > Forms

then click on the Button Icon
Draw your button to the size you want
As you let go of the L/H mouse button, the Assign Macro box will appear.
Assign your Macro then save your Workbook

After that every time you load the workbook Accept Macros and every time you click the Button, the Macro will run.

Thank you to all who responded.

Thank you jonsi! This worked great.

Thanks jonsi - I always created a command button, then went into VBA and copied and pasted the macro - that was alot of work.

Thanks!
