Button to forward external calls only 1

Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way to program a button for a user that when enabled, it will forward all external calls to a designated number. This will only apply to external numbers and not internal extensions. If anyone could come up with ideas that could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Uncheck internal callers in the user's forwarding tab and just use a Forward Unconditional button on the phone.
