Button Programming

Legend 6.0 with ETR....would like to program a VM access button on a Partner display set; I hit Feature 00, press the button I want to program and attempt to put in the VM number, but keep getting an error message on the display.

What are you entering... have you tried it with WinSPM and did you enter in group call XXX.

Are you trying to programm the top buttons, they are not programmable. As well, try...press button...*22....{{vm calling group}}.
