Hi,

I would like to configure Dial buttons in a user and that user will introduce the numbers from the telephony terminal.
Acording the documentation "This action (Dial Button) is used to dial the number contained in the Telephone Number field. A partial number can be
enter for the user to complete". But then don't explain how to do.
Anyone knows how to do it?
Regards.

Set the button as dial - then in the action field you put anything you like. To test I did 0750 (first 4 digits of my mobile number). When I press this button the 0750 is automatically dialled and then I can just manually dial the final digits of the number (as long as I do it before the dial delay kicks in).

I was going to say you answered your own question in the cut and paste you did :)

First of all thanks for the answers.

But what I see is the user should dial the phone number always he wants to call that number. I'm thinking a way where the user only introduce that number once and the system remenbers it and ever you can consult that number with the Manager. I mean a way where the user could manager their own speed dial numbers without the intervention of the system administrator.

With Avaya Comunication Manager I only program the button with the AutoDial laber and then the users could introduce their own numbers dialing a short code.
Is there something similar with the Ip Office?
Regards.

I dont believe so - but the phone has its own speeddial section as does phone manager where users can have their own speeddials.

Ok, thank you very much for the info.
Regards.
