I have 8 T7316 sets. They want all etensions on buttons for busy field and transfers etc. The problem is the 8X24 will not allow a set to have a button for its own etension. So this means a set copy leaves a blank button on every phone. Is there a way around this?

The Norstar family of phone systems does not allow you to have your own extension as DSS/BLF on your phone.
