Hi All,
I have a IP406v2 a 5420 telephone and phone manager pro v4.1.17.
The problem I have is that a user has done something and now cannot get out of "busy wrap up" mode. He was in agent mode to begin with. The softkey does not work nor does using the delete key. I've looked in the preferences but I cant find a way to get him out of it which means, he is unable to hear the phone ring at all.
Can anyone help me finding a solution to this? Thanks in advance.
