Busy wrap up problem

Hi All,

I have a IP406v2 a 5420 telephone and phone manager pro v4.1.17.

The problem I have is that a user has done something and now cannot get out of "busy wrap up" mode. He was in agent mode to begin with. The softkey does not work nor does using the delete key. I've looked in the preferences but I cant find a way to get him out of it which means, he is unable to hear the phone ring at all.

Can anyone help me finding a solution to this? Thanks in advance.
 
Thanks for the help but I'm a little confused. Do you mean delete the assigned short cut key? If not, could you elaborate a little? Thanks in advance.
 
i was thinking that you have got a busy wrap up button, what i would suggest is take the user out of agent mode, remove the busy wrap up button from the phone if they have one and re boot the kit...basically put them back to a standard user with no buttons, reboot kit and put user back to as it was...
 
Thanks Maxwell. I tried what you suggested and still the same problem. I deleted the user and recreated in the admin app and still the same problem. Lastly, I deleted his PMP profile and recreated it and it finally seemed to do the trick.

I hope someone else in this position can benifit from my experience.

We have this issue sometimes and I click the groups button, select all and it takes the person out of wrap-up.
 
deleteting the PMP profile is a fix for so many little issues with pmp...haha
