Busy Tone Query II

Hi, A few days ago I requested some help getting busy tone from a user when they are on the phone, to prevent users making internal transfers to them getting ringing tone.
I was told to give the user 2 call appearances (a&B???)and in the telephony tab Reserve Last CA. I have accessed the IPO remotely and altered the config. The users are saying they can now get busy tone, but they cannot bring the call back once the call is transferred. Any ideas? Cheers.

UPDATE! The procedure DOES work - apart from on one 5420 handset. I have remotely watched Active calls in system status and made test calls and all work apart from the 5420 - is there something different I need to do?

What are you using to bring the call back?

They're using call appearance buttons - a to bring the call back I think.

You can't use call apperance to bring calls back once they are transfered, only while the transfer aren't completed.

When you press transfer the second time the call will disapear from your phone.

Sorry - I didn't mean when the xfer had been completed. What is happening on the 5420 (according the user) is that when calls are xferred to the 5420 they are still getting ringing tone when the 5420 user is busy. Also, the 5420 user is saying if they try to xfer a call, the call is not showing against the call appearance buttons. Everything works fine on all other handsets apart from this one. I think I'll have to make a site visit!!!!!
