Busy status options from Console

Does anyone have any experience with an M2250 and:
- the option to program a key that will allow the operator to tell if the extension is busy
- the optional DSS-9000

Main issue is knowing who is on their line as quickly and easily as possible (not a terribly busy console).

Any experience with it? I have heard that it is not so easy to use.

if you have less then a few hundred stations, it's not that bad. with more it's not worth the trouble.
