hey guys I am running into an issue where agents are getting a busy signal when they try to transfer to a hunt group. The hunt group is 99 deep in queue and has a vector and vdn programmed. I have plenty of ports. They get this when they use the internal extension of the outside DID. Are there any limitations on how many calls can be transferred to a hunt group or queued at once before getting a busy? thanks!
